Are you wondering if you’re in

PERIMENOPAUSE?

If you are 35+, still having periods, not yet in menopause (no periods for 1 year) and…

  • If you don’t feel at home in your body lately or feel like you don’t recognize yourself anymore
  • If you feel dragged down by weight gain, mood swings, hot flashes, insomnia and fatigue
  • If you are frustrated with the lack of support or the outdated recommendations from health professionals

Then yes, you are in perimenopause. 85% of women suffer from perimenopause symptoms and most suffer alone. But you don’t have to do it alone.

Thanks to Peri Collective I now understand exactly what is happening to my brain and body. I know what my options are, have gotten the support I need, and am rapidly getting my health back. I am finally sleeping and motivated again, my anxiety and depression have lifted and I finally feel like myself again.

Honestly to learn that the distressing symptoms I had were due to perimenopause, normal,  AND treatable… It has completely changed my life. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Kirsten and her well designed, jam-packed yet simple program; it cuts through the noise and confusion straight to solutions. I highly recommend it.

Meet Your Guide Through Perimenopause

Hi, I’m Dr. Kirsten Smith 👋

Women’s Health Warrior, Advocate & Hormone Expert.

I’m a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, Canada. For over 15 years I have helped over 1,000 women optimize their health and hormones during the crucial years before menopause.

For a decade, I worked with a medical doctor with 30 years of experience in women’s health. Together we offered fully integrated care, merging naturopathic and conventional medical approaches and I developed evidence-based skills in prescribing HRT.

In my one-on-one work I have learned so much about the perimenopausal experience that I decided to create an integrative, holistic educational program called Peri Collective. This program aims to provide women with the tools they need to power through perimenopause and regain their sense of self.

Peri Collective is for you if you are experiencing:

  • Frustrating persistent perimenopause related symptoms

  • Heightened anxiety, mood swings and stress

  • A decreased quality of life

  • A sense of alienation from your body

  • Unexplained weight fluctuations

  • Hair thinning or loss

  • Intense PMS and heavier periods

  • Hot flashes & night sweats

  • A lack of reliable information about perimenopause

  • Insomnia, fatigue and lack of focus

  • Severe headaches and migraines

  • Very low libido and sex drive

Phenomenal program! Packed with crucial information about the changes we are experiencing and what to do to feel better. Kirsten gets right to the answers in all the areas: nutrition, metabolism, exercise, hormone therapy, etc., and clarifies what’s fact from fiction.

My health went from falling off a cliff to the best I’ve felt in years. Can’t express how glad I am that I did it. Highly recommend.

Jill

What You Will Learn

The program is broken down into 9 bite-sized modules that will help you:

Learn what is actually happening to your body (& brain!) during this transition, and how that translates into the many symptoms. Knowledge = POWER

✅ Learn how to use nutrition to effectively to work with your slowing metabolism and get control of any weight issues

✅ Learn how to exercise based on what your body needs (and doesn’t need) and how to get results, based on facts & research

✅ Cut through the confusion with Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT)/Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), know the facts & research

✅ Navigate the influence of environmental factors on hormones with simple solutions & resources

✅ Differentiate between essential and non-essential lab tests

✅ Learn why your stress response has changed and what to do about it to regain stamina and a better ability to cope

Learn how to use important evidence-based supplements & herbs

✅ Experience being part of a community of like-minded women committed to changing the toxic narrative around menopause, who are striving for optimal health and a beautiful, healthy vision of midlife and aging

Essentially you will leave with both a fantastic education on midlife women’s health and a solid, solutions-driven, evidence-based health plan.

What’s not to love about that?

Why Did I Create This Program?

The short answer is that I am desperate to help many more women than I can in a clinical 1:1 setting. There is a massive gap in this area of women’s health care, and I aim to be a part of the solution.

I’ve spent years feeling deeply frustrated at the state of women’s health care — specifically when hormones are involved, which drove me to find a way to make a BIGGER IMPACT. Too many women are needlessly suffering for years and I want this to stop.

With Peri Collective I am able to convey so much more information than in the traditional 1:1 setting and I can provide a space for perimenopausal women to connect with each other and create a support network (we need it!).

And finally, this is my journey too. I say this because I think ultimately what drove me to create this community and program was actually living through it myself.

The bottom line is that you are not getting the care, attention, time or direction you need and deserve.

I’m on a mission to change that experience for you, and for every woman.
