Metabolic Balance™ is a precise nutrition program that is created based on your blood work, health concerns, and weight-loss goals. Your own physiology will determine how food is combined to optimize your metabolism. The food selected on the plan will help to correct existing hormonal imbalances in your body which results in the acceleration of your metabolism. When we eat food that is suited to our own body, healing can take place leading to improved mood, less inflammation, glowing skin and incredible energy. How does Metabolic Balance™ work?

This program was developed based on the fact that our food has an enormous influence on the body which is why Metabolic Balance™ is focused on local, natural and organic foods that are as fresh as possible. We have found that for patients who still are in the habit of consuming processed foods this not only helps them lose weight but completely recreate a relationship with real, whole foods.Meal plans are individually tailored to our needs and show:

  • which foods to eat to provide the right nutrients we need
  • in what quantities these foods should be eaten
  • in which combination foods are best for us
  • when and how to consume these foods
  • how to maintain new eating habits for long term sustainable success

Each plan is unique, because it is created using:

  • your blood values
  • your body measurements
  • your personal data

 

Program Phases

  1. Detox: This phase begins with elimination and eating simple foods for two days to prepare the body for better absorption and improve digestion.
  2. Strict Phase: Your personalized meal plan starts at this phase and continue for a minimum of 14 days. This phase is free of additional oil. Patient report feeling less hungry, better energy, and decreased cravings during this phase.
  3. Relaxed Phase: Additional foods are added to your daily meal plan. Treat meals, alcohol and the occasional chocolate are also included at this phase.
  4. Maintenance Phase: You did it! You used the guidelines of the program and listen to the cues of your body to guide your food choices.

Results

Weight-loss

Up to 20lb pounds is the average loss within the first 4-6 weeks of the program, and depending how long a person needs to be on the program, the potential is quite expansive.

Hormone Balancing

Improves PMS, acne, heavy bleeding, cramping, PCOS, is also great fertility prep.

Gut health

Clean eating on the program often results in reducing the pressure on your system and allowing for a lot of healing. It is extremely common for participants to see a reduction in bloating, gas, heartburn and other symptoms. Fatty liver will also resolve (or significantly so).
